what kind of cookie mix will make a hard cookie to decorate on?
I'm going to buy a wilton press cookie cutter. I'm not interested in baking from scratch this time. What kind of cookie dough or mix is good that will produce a sugar cookie that is hard enough to withstand some movement necessary for transportation and decorating, but that tastes good too.

The easiest ones in the world ... refrigerated slice and bake logs - sugar cookie variety. I've always found them to be "child proof" and sturdy enough for transporting.
