Please help I feel so Fat i'm eating more than normal people am I?
Breakfast: One packet of instant oatmeal with a cup of cereal
Lunch: an apple
Starbuck's Vavvno Chocolate banana drink (270 cal)
Dinner: two mini vege wraps(tortias are 50 calories each) with amys bean pie (150 cal)
dessert: A scoop of fat free frozen yogurt with cool whip, cereal and berries on top
I also had master ballet class today
In the vege wraps i had cucumber tomatoes onion and lettuce with some fat free sour cream
I really hope your right harpa b/c lately i have been reading other peoples Diets on here and they are so much more less than mine, and now im freaking out
you eat less than a normal person.
people on here have problems... also, many of the ones eating less than you are obese and needing to lose weight desperately.
you're eating way less than a doctor would recommend. i know it's scary to eat more but we all have to try eventually.
just wondering, is there a reason you eat the same thing every day?
