Diet question!?
ok, what if i just drink water, cut back on calories and feel a little bit hungry for a few days (eat just enough, not too much). My friend who eats little said you get used to it and it feels piggish to eat alot (like i do). Im NOT going anorexic, i just have flexible, stretchy stomach so if i eat a slice of pizza i am HUGE and if i when i am sick and cant eat much, i get thin.
Water, less food, more ab training? Im not looking to lose WEIGHT really, just get rid of my belly and be thin.
Its not about eating less food, its about WHAT food you are putting into your body. Grilled chicken breast is high in protein and has little calories. You can experiment with different salads as well. Tuna salad....with low fat mayo, mustard, relish and celery is very good. Cut back on some of the carbs. Have a good breakfast....it jumpstarts your metabolism for the day. If you simply stop eating your metabolism will come to a screeching halt and then when you think you are down to the size you want to be, and start eating normally, you will gain everything back plus more. Small healthy meals throughout the day is the best option. And also, I can reccomend pilates. It focuses on your core muscles. I do winsor pilates and i love it. Good luck
