does anyone know how I can return this slap chop? It sucks.?
The food gets stuck in the blades. It is difficult to take apart, the case is slippery. The offer said $19.95, I got charged $35.00 The directions suck. You don't get a copy of the invoice. We hate it. Actually the food probably wouldn't get stuck if you first chop the food into small pieces before using the thing.
I order this from the slap chop web site. Becareful before you order. I usually am careful but the buy-one-get-one free, sounded like a good idea for a Christmas gift. When I called about the high shipping charges they said I was charged for the shipping on the free chopper.
Throw it away and invest in a food processor or a good set of knives. It is all a gimmick, The shipping charges cost more than the chopper, that's why you were charged $35.00.
