Sea Salt Fine

sea salt soaks for my new industrial piercing?

i got my piercing last wed and it was fine blah blah blah. they told me to wash it with antibacterial soap 2 - 3 times a day and thats what ive been doing but today my piercing hurts more than when i got it pierced and i can not take it. were they wrong with the soap? should i try the sea salt? will it work? thanks (:
and like how much salt/watere do i use?

Omg. Don't use the soap. Just a regular shower will clean it enough. As for the sea salt soaks, you should have been doing it from the beginning, but it's alright.

To do a sea salt soak:
1/4 teaspoon sea salt(non iodized, can be coarse)
8 Ounces hot, almost boiling water
Paper towels
A mug.

How to:
Measure out 8o of water(I use a shot glass)
Put it in a mug and set in microwave. Microwave on high for about 2 mins and 15 seconds.
Add the sea salt.
Mix well.

Now what I do, is get two paper towels. I fold them into squares and dunk both into the water.

Set a timer for 10 mins. tilt head, and place on your piercing. It will be warm. Please use a towel this gets very wet. Don't squeeze any access water off. When one of the towels is getting cooled off, replace with other paper towel.

Do this twice a day.

I also buy H2Ocean, and use this once a day.

Doing the Sea Salt Soak, will also drag crusties out of the holes and make it very easy to wipe off with a q-tip.
