Memo Fridge Magnet

How are electronic products protected from magnets?

For example this fridge magnet video recorder -

Don't magnets usually interfere with electronic products? How is this product or others like it protected? Or is it even protected at all?

If you are in university, then think back to your physics class. A wire in a stable magnetic field is unchanged. The magnetic field must either pulsate (which his why a transformer works with alternating current, not direct current), or the wire must move relative to the magnet.

So, a magnet fixed to the back of an electronic device will have no meaningful effect upon it.
