We are doing a curriculum enrichment week this week and we arte designing a restaurant and we need to cover everything and do a "dragons den" presentation. We have completed flyers, business cards, menus, uniforms, a model, floor plan and other things but now we are down to costs and our group doesnt really know what we need to cover.

we have thought about kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses chairs and tables but we dont know whatt else we need to consider. please help by writitng a list of as many things you can that we need to consider the cost of. it is a restaurant based on the idea of yo sushi but with 5 types of food( english/american, mexican, chinese, italian, indian).
