Can there be in whatever way to simply repair an adaptable PCB which has been accidentally cut?

If you can get the metal tracks you may have the ability to glue both pieces onto a bit of plastic or card, then bridge the gaps within the tracks with conductive ink.

When the tracks are engrossed in plastic film, you're stuffed.
