What are some cat-safe cake/cookie recipes?
I have 4 cats, Handsome, Chloe, Barley, and Clara, and Barley and Chloe's birthday is coming up and I am CRAZY about them and so I'm throwing them a party. I want to bake something for them to eat too, and cookies, little cakes, or cupcakes would be great. If you have some good cat party ideas, please tell me that too.

Ingredients:
1 cup Cooked brown rice
3/4 cup Flaked smoked mackerel
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
1 Hard-boiled egg, chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve.
