How to get a glossy photo to stick to polymer clay???
I want to make handmade jewelry (pins) using my illustrations printed on glossy photo paper, and I want to get them to adhere permanently to flat, rolled out baked polymer clay (about 1/8" thick).
I've tried liquid sculpty and when I get it out of the toaster oven, the glossy photos buckle up on the sides.
I've tried wood glue, but the polymer clay surface and the glossy photos don't allow the glue to dry (need a poreous surface for that).
What can I use? I want to take the final piece and then add a final acrylic glossy seal to the whole thing....

You can't.
But, you can ( I have done this) make color, reverse, photocopies of your photo, and stick this copy face down on the sculpy flat, and wait 20 min then bake the paper and all. The sculpy will act like silly putty and transfer the image onto itself. You can then spray on acrylic seal. It's just as good if not better than your "paper on sculpy."
You may want to practice run some first.
